IT Business Analyst (CRM) Full Time

A global Pharmaceutical company is looking for a Business Analyst for CRM solution.

The Role: 

• Analyze business processes, identify process deficiencies, research solutions and plan the remedies for these deficiencies.
• Requirements gathering and analysis
• Facilitate the technical design for user requirements by working with the development team
• Identify data migration needs
• Facilitate test planning, test case preparation and end user testing for CRM developments
• Implement CRM / ERP initiatives in the company as defined by the IT roadmap.
• Perform annual maintenance of the CRM system

Required Skills: 

• Substantial experience as Business Analyst / Functional Consultant in maintaining, utilizing, and implementing a CRM tool
• You have the ability to convert customer thoughts and words into tangible requirements and solutions.
• You have a strong analytical mind with very good communication skills.
• Be the go-to CRM resource for the company, including data and training support.
• Japanese Language Skills: Fluent
• English Language Skills: Business
