Wintel Administrator / Server Engineer Full Time

A global IT company is looking for Wintel Administrator who has experience in Wintel, Windows and AD Admin

The Role: 

• As a technical subject matter expert, handle all technical and process issues
• Tracking and resolving Wintel 2008 / 2012, VMware / ESX, Exchange related incidents and requests
• Ensure proper communication with end users for quick resolution
• Build and customize Wintel servers to corporate standards to meet customer needs
• Support system backups, maintenance, capacity planning, high availability on a daily basis
• Evaluate processes and customer surveys for service quality improvements
• Training of new team members.

Required Skills: 

• Expert knowledge of Wintel 2008 and 2012
• Experienced with MS Exchange 2010/ Lync 2010, VMware Vshpere (VCenter, ESXi)
• Authentication Methods (Microsoft DNS, AD, LDAP)
• Good knowledge and experience in overall network protocols, NAS/SAN Storage and security
• Experience in a high pressure operational environment running mission critical systems
• Japanese Language Skills: Fluent
• English Language Skills: Business
