EUC Manager Full Time

A global IT consulting company is looking for EUC Manager. Position requires strong leadership to mentor a team of decentralized 2nd level desktop / networking support technicians.

The Role:

• Provide Service recovery for major incidents/P1 tickets through hands-on troubleshooting
• Leadership in handling technical issues and escalations and perform Root Cause Analysis for Major Incidents and drive completion of corrective/preventive actions
• Implement service improvement program.
• Explore and implement automation bots for delivery team
• Review High Level Design, Low Level design and Acceptance test plans of inflight projects.

Required Skills:

• Expert in overall End User Stack technologies and competency in Active directory
• Good command over SCCM 2012 including architecture, implementation, support & troubleshooting.
• Expert in image engineering (Build and support) – MDT 2012, VDI, Mobility, end user experience monitoring tools.
• Japanese Language Skills: Fluent
• English Language Skills: Business
