CRM Consultant Full Time

Japanese IT software and consulting services company is seeking a CRM Consultant for their Tokyo office.

The Role:

• Provide high-level consulting services to clients for CRM solutions
• Advising customers on best practices for CRM, development or integration processes
• Requirement gathering and solution customization
• Facilitate the completion, testing and deployment of CRM projects
• Regularly communicating with the customer on the status of the project or any issue resolution

Required Skills: 

• Experience working at CRM vendor or a Consulting company in Japan
• Knowledge of technical solutions related to CRM, BPO, BPM, etc.
• Strong overall IT skills
• Knowledge of consulting services to large-scale contact center (preferred, not required).
• Japanese Language Skills: Native
• English Language Skills: Intermediate
