SAP Consultant (SD / MM)

A global IT company is looking for SAP Consultant (SD/MM) to join SAP application maintenance support project.

 

The Role: 

  • SAP application maintenance support for SD and MM modules
  • – End user support for SAP logistics module (No of users are around 12)
  • – Trouble shooting for EDI related issues with help of Global IT SAP team
  • – Root cause analysis of SAP related issues
  • EDI development support for SD and MM process
  • – EDI development support for SD process (between retailer and customer) with middleware Seeburger with help of Global EDI team.
  • – EDI development support for MM process (between 3rd party logistics and customer) with middleware Seeburger with help of Global EDI team.
  • – Requirement gathering, End user Training, UAT support
  • – Single point of contact for end users, global IT team, customer’s business partner and local vendor.

 

Skills & Competencies

  • Experience in SAP project experience like implementation, upgrade or AMS
  • Good understanding of SAP SD (sales order processing) and MM (goods movement) process
  • Communication skill among multiple group members like end users, global IT team, customer’s business partner and local vendor both in English and Japanese
  • Experience to work for global customer
