Service Operations Manager Full Time

Global Japanese company with wide range of Web and Mobile based consumer focused solutions is looking for Service Operations Manager for their insurance business.

The Role:

• Responsible for planning, coordinating and executing all operations for web service insurance offerings.
• Development & implementation of effective methods and strategies for such services.
• Overseeing entire IT Service Management operations
• Team Management (Team organization, Evaluation of members, Development of skilled members)
• System Operations (Troubleshooting, Release operations, Data extraction, data modification)

Required Skills:

• Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management
• High level of web-based service operations management experience
• Experiences in project management and team management
• Overall good understanding of IT systems
• Japanese Language Skills: Fluent
• English Language Skills: Business
