IT Infrastructure Engineer Full Time

The Role:

• Be responsible for the analysis, the design, the implementation, the operation, and the support of the local IT Infrastructure.
• Provide user support, hardware and software maintenance.
• Install, configure, and maintain Front Office IT Systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues of Back Office Systems.

Required Skills:

• At least a Diploma level with functional courses.
• 2-3 years’ experience in Infrastructure End User Support.
• Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and presentation.
• Must be able to understand highly technical information.
• Japanese Language Skills: Native
• English Language Skills: Business
