Strategy / M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) Consultant / Manager Full Time

The Role:

• Design and the execution of M&A strategy
• Provide consistent advisory services from agreements, due diligence implementation support, final negotiations, final contract conclusions to closings
• Analysing, assessing and communicating to the Board of high-level business impacts and risks.
• Building and maintaining productive relationships with our target companies and related network.
• Presenting findings and pitching investment opportunities at Board Meetings.

Required Skills:

• Substantial M&A advisory experience at professional firms, investment banks, and securities companies
• Blue chip Dealhead experience with corporate clients
• Ability & experience to plan, manage and deliver projects independently
• Valuation and modeling skills
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships within the Company senior leadership team
• Japanese Language Skills: Business
• English Language Skills: Business
